• Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results•• Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments•• Influences others outside of their own job regarding policies, practices, and procedures•• Contributes to policy and strategy implementation for short-term results•• Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team•• Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team•• Coordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency•• Defines and drives IT quality assurance practices and procedures•• Reviews and analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and recommends updates for products or services•• Oversees test schedules and/or strategies in accordance with project scopes and delivery dates•• Reviews software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness and to mitigate risks•• Provides feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality•• Identifies program deviance from standards and suggests modifications to ensure compliance•• Develops and specifies standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness•• Serves as advanced escalation point for complex reproducing, debugging, and isolating of software problems
