The Synergy Manager Assistant Team Lead (ATL) educates, unites, and supports members of the Synergy Manager team while driving performance, efficiency, and professional growth. As an ATL, you serve as the first escalation point for client concerns, coordinate team operations, and act as a communication bridge between Synergy Managers and Team Leads. You lead by example through quality work, valuable team meetings, and proactive problem-solving that enhances both team members and processes. This role is designed for those who demonstrate leadership abilities and a willingness to grow into future leadership positions.
Responsibilities

- →Mentor and coach Synergy Managers, providing regular feedback and assisting with performance reviews.
- →Lead one-on-one and team meetings to align priorities and foster accountability.
- →Assist Team Leads in managing day-to-day team activities, including workload delegation and schedule coordination.
- →Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
Client & Issue Management
- →Act as the first point of escalation for client or internal concerns.
- →Ensure timely resolution of issues by monitoring progress and removing roadblocks.
- →Communicate with clients and account managers as needed to maintain strong relationships.
Operational Excellence
- →Track and report on key performance metrics such as response times, issue resolution rates, and overall client success.
- →Review team members’ work for accuracy and provide constructive feedback.
- →Identify inefficient processes and recommend or implement innovative solutions.
Communication & Reporting
- →Serve as a liaison between Synergy Managers and Team Leads to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- →Maintain detailed records and assist with preparing performance reports.
- →Report issues, successes, and trends to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- →At least 6 months with the company preferred.
- →Knowledge of the Synergy process preferred.
- →Experience with direct client interaction preferred.
- →Demonstrated ability to delegate workload effectively and lead by example.
- →Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Conservice software.
- →Strong problem-solving mindset with motivation to find the “why” behind issues.
- →Composed, professional, and positive under pressure.
- →Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- →Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- →Adaptable to new processes and projects, with an innovative approach to problem solving.
- →Approachable and relationship-focused, with strong leadership potential.
- →Proactive in taking initiative and communicating potential issues early.
