Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Studio Supervisor for our Reading Studio. Fully flexible contract, offering 12 hours per week, which includes covering two Saturdays per month. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.

As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service. 

What we are looking for:

Essential

• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
• At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
  
• Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
