This role focuses on accelerating growth in Brazil by building strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across capital-intensive industries.
As a freelance advisor, you will leverage your executive network and market credibility to open doors, facilitate high-value conversations, and support the development of strategic client opportunities.
Leverage existing executive relationships to gain access to Boards, C-suite leaders, shareholders, and key decision-makers
Facilitate high-level conversations that position dss+ as a trusted strategic partner
Identify and develop business opportunities aligned to client priorities in safety, operational performance, and transformation
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic accounts across capital-intensive industries
Provide market insights, industry knowledge, and client intelligence to support business development strategy
Collaborate with dss+ consulting teams to shape and convert opportunities into qualified engagements
Support the development of long-term account strategies and sustained client partnerships
Proven track record in senior business development, advisory, or leadership roles within complex B2B environments
Established network with Boards, CEOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers
Experience operating within capital-intensive industries (e.g. energy, mining, chemicals, manufacturing)
Experience connecting strategy, operational performance, and transformation initiatives
Strong relationship-building and influencing capability at executive level
Ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities from initial conversations
Strong commercial awareness and consultative mindset
Ability to navigate complex organisations and stakeholder environments
Degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field
Based in Brazil with flexibility for client engagement and travel as required
Availability for freelance or advisory-based engagement models
