As dss+ continues to expand its Operational Risk Management capabilities in Greece, we are looking for a Manager to lead the delivery of complex client engagements across industrial, infrastructure, energy, and asset-intensive sectors.
This role sits at the centre of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, with responsibility for leading teams, managing client relationships, and helping organisations improve operational resilience, safety performance, and risk management capability.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, oversee high-impact engagements, and contribute to the continued growth of our presence in Greece and the wider region.

You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes, partnering with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges. You will oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and support clients in achieving sustainable improvements across safety, operational performance, and resilience.

Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple project workstreams

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor during engagements

Lead operational risk management and safety improvement initiatives across client organisations

Facilitate risk assessments, workshops, operational reviews, and leadership discussions

Identify operational challenges and develop practical improvement solutions

Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, impact, and timely delivery

Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance support

Support account growth through proposal development and client engagement

Contribute to business development and broader practice initiatives across Greece and the wider region

You bring strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable managing stakeholders, leading teams, and solving complex operational challenges.
Experience in management consulting with exposure to operational risk / HSE
Experience leading complex consulting engagements and managing teams
Understanding of operational challenges within high-risk and asset-intensive sectors
Experience building and managing client relationships
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and project teams
Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a Safety related discipline
Fluency in Greek and English is required, additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 4 days a week)
