Principal, Consulting - Oil and Gas

dss+ — formerly DuPont Sustainable Solutions — is an operations management consulting firm dedicated to saving lives and improving our clients' operational performance through technical, behavioural and cultural change, enabled by data analytics and digital technology. Independent since a management-led spin-off from DuPont in 2019. 

As Principal, you will support the growth of dss+ in Indonesia through business development across heavy infrastructure and energy. Operating as Account Executive, you will own end-to-end strategic client relationships— shaping account strategy, building executive relationships across leading Indonesian energy groups, their sub-holdings and subsidiaries, and MNCs operating in Indonesia, while orchestrating dss+ capabilities to deliver measurable impact on safety, operational excellence and sustainability. 

You will grow a profitable account, lead cross-team initiatives, develop dss+ talent, and build the firm's brand across the sector. 

More specifically, you would: 

• Own the multi-year account plan — stakeholder mapping and pipeline across operational risk, asset performance, energy transition and capability building 

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives (Directors, EVPs, SVPs, VPs) across the group 

• Lead execution of dss+'s Indonesia strategy with your account(s) 

• Lead engagement teams and oversee delivery quality across all engagements 

• Coach client leaders through improvement and transformation programmes 

• Mentor and develop junior colleagues and the extended leadership team 

• Set the standard for conduct and leadership, and live the Mission Critical Behaviours
