This is a senior leadership role focused on growing our business and delivering impact for clients in the Mining & Metals sector across Brazil and wider Latin America.
You will lead strategic client relationships, drive business development, and play a key role in shaping our market presence — while also overseeing the successful delivery of client engagements and contributing directly to the most critical and strategic elements of our projects.

You will play a key leadership role in growing our business in the Mining & Metals sector while delivering transformational impact for clients. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape strategic engagements, develop market opportunities, and lead high-performing teams across complex consulting programmes.
You will own the full lifecycle of engagements — from origination to delivery — ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and measurable, lasting impact.
Drive business development and expand strategic client relationships across Brazil and Latin America
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives in leading mining and metals organisations
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from origination to closing
Oversee and be accountable for the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction
Lead key strategic components of projects, contributing directly to high-value problem solving and solution design
Anticipate risks and challenges across engagements, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance
Lead large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring delivery quality and measurable client impact
Engage executive stakeholders to shape and implement transformation programmes across operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability
Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to sustained revenue growth
Lead and develop consulting teams, fostering high performance and capability building
Contribute to industry positioning, thought leadership, and market growth in Mining & Metals
Expertise in consultative problem solving across operational excellence, operational risk, digital transformation, asset management, and sustainability
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Ability to balance business development with delivery leadership and quality oversight
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Fluency in English required; Spanish highly beneficial
Willingness to travel frequently (up to ~50%) across Brazil and Latin America
