This is a senior leadership role focused on growing our business and delivering impact for clients across Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Infrastructure, Construction or Transport in France.

You will bring a strong consulting track record alongside deep sector expertise, enabling you to engage at senior levels, shape strategic opportunities, and drive measurable value for clients.

As part of our continued growth in France, you will play a key role in expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening our market presence.

You will work with leading organisations in one or more of the following sectors:

Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Infrastructure, Construction or Transport

You will be partnering with organisations to improve operational performance, strengthen safety, and embed sustainable practices across complex production environment for long-term resilience.

This role offers the opportunity to combine deep sector expertise with transformation leadership to deliver lasting impact at scale.

You will drive business growth through client development and strategic engagement, while overseeing the delivery of high-impact programmes to:

• Build and lead senior client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders

• Identify and convert new business opportunities, contributing to pipeline and revenue growth

• Shape and lead large-scale transformation programmes across safety, operations, and sustainability

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes

• Build and develop high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring consultants

• Contribute to market positioning and thought leadership within your sector

You bring a strong commercial track record and extensive consulting experience, combined with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Infrastructure, Construction or Transport.

You combine leadership capability with a forward-looking and intellectually curious approach, enabling you to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive growth.

You are:

• Experienced in leading client engagements and business development within a consulting environment

• Comfortable operating at senior executive / C-suite level

• Recognised for your sector expertise and ability to translate insight into practical outcomes

• A strong leader who can build, inspire, and develop teams

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset

• Fluency in French and English (required)

• Significant experience in operations consulting, including business development and client leadership

• Deep expertise in one or more of the following sectors:

• Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Infrastructure, Construction or Transport

• Strong track record of delivering complex transformation programmes

• Willingness to travel within France and internationally as required
