Senior Product Designer
Quick Summary
Ability to prototype and iterate to make interactions easy to use, content easy to understand and to validate user experiences before development, with tools such.
As a Product Designer on the Analysis team, you will be joining a focused design team responsible for one of the broadest product scopes at Contentsquare: the full analysis experience, spanning dashboards, charts, impact analysis, and query analysis.
This is a role that sits at the heart of the team's delivery. You will be the designer closest to engineers, the one making sure explorations become buildable specs, that design debt gets addressed, and that handoffs are clean, well-documented, and collaborative. You won't just shape direction, you'll own execution.
You will collaborate closely with your design lead, engineers, and product managers. Together, you’ll shape the product and drive it toward its long-term vision. We're looking for someone who particularly enjoys the craft of execution, rapidly exploring ideas, prototyping, and obsessing over the details. You'll turn strategy into shipped experiences and continuously improve them based on customer and business outcomes.
Owning the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
Rethinking how users explore and interact with dashboards, from first-time users to power users.
Owning design-to-dev handoffs, from annotated specs to Figma component documentation, so engineers have everything they need to build with confidence.
Being the advocate for design process within the squad, running alignment sessions, keeping exploration cycles structured, and making sure the team moves from insight to decision efficiently.
Designing for an AI-first, more visual product direction.
Working within a Lean UX environment to quickly prototype early-stage ideas (using AI), test and refine ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Staying ahead of advancements in the industry, data visualization, and product analytics to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Extensive Product Design Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product design is essential.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing sophisticated UX solutions, information architecture, and design for developer tools, SaaS, or enterprise products.
Process ownership: You care about how design work flows through a team, not just what gets shipped. You help create clarity, reduce blockers, and keep the design process healthy even in a fast-moving environment.
Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of user problems and the ability to propose creative, practical solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to effectively share design concepts with diverse audiences.
User-Centered Design Proficiency: Strong skills in end-to-end design, with the ability to translate complex technical flows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Collaboration Skills: Enjoyment of working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, you see dev collaboration as part of the craft.
Proficiency with Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Claude code, and other relevant software to create high-quality design artifacts.
Analytical and Research Abilities: Ability to utilize user research, data analytics, and success metrics to inform design decisions and ensure solutions deliver customer value. You know how to frame a hypothesis, test it, and build on what you find. The craft matters to you, not just the output.
Rapid prototyping: Ability to prototype and iterate to make interactions easy to use, content easy to understand and to validate user experiences before development, with tools such. You've started exploring AI prototyping tools and are curious about where they can take the design process.
Data Analytics and Visualization: Experience of designing intuitive dashboards and data visualizations that help users make data-informed decisions. You care about how things look and feel, not just how they work.
Genuine curiosity and growth mindset: You're motivated by learning and getting better at your craft. This role gives you the space to do that.
