In this role, you will transform and maintain event spaces to meet each client’s unique vision, ensuring guest-facing areas remain polished, organized, and event-ready throughout the day. You will provide real-time support by adjusting room layouts, replenishing supplies, coordinating deliveries, assisting with food and beverage service, and managing inventory and event equipment. As a Front of House Attendant at The Mallory, you are essential to the venue’s physical transformation and its constant readiness for the next event. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in navigating a versatile, ever-changing floor plan and ensuring the seamless execution of unique, high-profile moments. You work throughout the venue to ensure every layout and detail is perfect for our guests, providing the behind-the-scenes support that makes every event successful.

  • Transform event spaces by precisely placing furniture, equipment, and décor to match the specific vision for each unique gathering.
  • Act as a quick-response resource for event staff or clients, making real-time adjustments to room layouts or restocking supplies as needs evolve.
  • Monitor the space throughout the day to ensure all guest-facing areas remain immaculate and gallery-ready for an exceptional experience.
  • Setup and serve food & beverage offerings as required throughout the venue, including those provided by external food & beverage partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate the arrival and organization of vendor, client, and internal deliveries while maintaining clear communication with the operations team.
  • Support the beverage and inventory programs by managing the flow of glassware, linens, and supplies needed for high-quality service.
  • Carry out regular inventory counts and organize equipment storage to keep back-of-house areas organized and ready for the next event transition.
  • Execute the movement and positioning of event assets including tables, staging, and seating with a focus on efficiency and proper lifting techniques.
  • Maintain the condition of the venue by handling high-end furniture and equipment with care, ensuring everything is staged safely and stays in peak form.
  • Prioritize a secure environment by keeping load-in paths clear, utilizing correct transport tools, and following safety protocols during active room transitions.
