The CRM & Revenue Technology team is the engine behind Convera's go-to-market success. We're looking for a CRM & Revenue Technology Analyst to join our team as a key technical contributor and project coordinator. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating Salesforce builds with engineering, and ensuring our GTM teams have clean data and efficient processes. You'll be the go-to person for unblocking technical issues, documenting processes, maintaining data integrity, and driving projects that increase productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to directly influence revenue operations at scale.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate new Salesforce builds, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts)
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams—translating requirements into technical specs and ensuring alignment on priorities
- Manage the backlog of Salesforce enhancement requests, prioritizing based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Coordinate Salesforce release cycles—testing new features in sandbox environments before production deployment
- Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new builds and enhancements
- Maintain sandbox environments and refresh schedules to ensure development and testing alignment
- Document release notes and communicate system changes to end users

- Write and maintain SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation for Salesforce processes, data workflows, and tool integrations
- Document system architecture, data models, and integration flows to ensure knowledge continuity
- Create enablement materials to help GTM teams effectively use CRM tools and features
- Monitor and maintain data quality in Salesforce—identifying duplicates, incomplete records, and data integrity issues
- Implement and enforce data governance standards, validation rules, and enrichment workflows using ZoomInfo, RingLead, D&B, and Cognism
- Design and execute data cleanup initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and user experience
- Use tools like Data Loader, Apex Data Loader, and API integrations to manage large-scale data operations
- Validate data accuracy post-migration and troubleshoot any data discrepancies
Requirements
~2 min read- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM analytics
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)—including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards
- Experience participating in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and working within agile development frameworks
- Proven ability to coordinate technical projects across engineering and business teams
- Experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for non-technical audiences
- Strong data analysis skills—proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data manipulation
- Experience with data quality management, deduplication, and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead, D&B, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211)
- Experience with sales enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, Outreach, or SalesLoft
- Familiarity with API integrations, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier), and iPaaS solutions
- Background in financial services, payments, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and declarative automation (Flow Builder)
- Knowledge of GTM metrics, sales funnel analytics, and revenue operations best practices
- Experience managing large-scale data migrations or system implementations
