Glass Goose - Assistant Venue Manager - Full Time

About you

You are a hospitality professional with at least 5 years of experience in a management position under your belt, you have worked in a la carte restaurants and have the ability to engage and lead a team, whilst making sure the customer experience is awesome. You are a natural leader who doesn't mind getting stuck in and working alongside the team to deliver the best experience. 

Key Responsibilities when on shift

• Observe the team, upskill them and make sure they are having fun 
• Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
• Make sure products we serve are of the highest quality at all times
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line
• Ensure the customer experience is top notch

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Management experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 10
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, you have  track record of leadership in a hospitality setting, people naturally gravitate toward you and enjoy your company
• A managers certificate or LCQ is required
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
