Velvet Burger - Site Manager - Full Time

The Role
We are looking for a Superstar to join our brilliant team who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Dunedin.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
• Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
• Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line to make sure the standards are always super high

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for:

• Experience in managing a team on shift with at least 5 staff working at once 
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• A managers certificate is required
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
• A relevant qualification at Level 2 or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF); or at least 2 years of relevant experience
