Responsibilities

→Develop and implement a comprehensive IT sourcing strategy for a multi-sourced environment.
→Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.
→Lead the IT Sourcing Office in evaluating cost-effective and efficient sourcing methods.
→Make strategic decisions on in-sourcing versus outsourcing based on business direction.
→Create governance mechanisms to integrate vendor relationship management, contract management, IT project management, and asset management.
→Oversee strategic planning and development of sourcing strategies in collaboration with technical and business leadership.
→Report enterprise-wide sourcing strategy results to the CIO, CTO, or IT COO.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
Experience influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
Expertise in vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
Experience in project or asset management within a technology environment.
Senior level management experience with strategic planning and development of sourcing strategies.
