Client Technologies Analyst

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Configure, install, monitor, and maintain desktop software and hardware for IT users.
- →Provide technical support and guidance through Tier 2 support, escalating to vendors for Tier 3 issues as needed.
- →Document solutions to problems and develop end-user guidelines.
- →Provide on-site training to users as required.
- →Evaluate, maintain, modify, and document desktop application packages.
- →Participate in testing and evaluation of new desktop packages and implement prototypes.
- →Consult and make recommendations to IT users on hardware and software product selection to meet business requirements.
- →Work on multiple projects as a project team member and coach junior technical staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for desktop software and hardware products.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience providing maintenance and support for moderately complex to complex client products.
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
