Responsibilities

→Define data architecture standards, policies, and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes, and nomenclature of data elements.
→Apply accepted data content standards to technology projects.
→Conduct business analysis, data acquisition, and access analysis and design.
→Optimize Database Management Systems and develop recovery and load strategy designs and implementations.
→Lead and plan database architectures for enterprise systems.
→Work on multiple projects as a project leader or subject matter expert.
→Address projects/issues of high complexity requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
→Coach and mentor junior technical staff.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.
Expertise in defining and planning database architectures for enterprise systems.
Proven ability to work on projects/issues of high complexity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
