Responsibilities

→Collaborate with business leadership to develop and prioritize e-commerce strategies.
→Ensure the integration of Internet/Extranet systems architecture with existing enterprise frameworks.
→Develop and implement e-commerce service concepts, including pricing, packaging, and product offerings.
→Oversee site transaction and partnership strategies.
→Analyze customer feedback and develop promotional plans with senior management.
→Manage integration of the website with Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
→Lead content creation efforts, including input from marketing groups and managing the editorial calendar.
→Identify and manage technology development partners and external vendors.
→Maintain awareness of new technologies and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
→Possess project management responsibility for all e-commerce development work.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including Web/Internet, database applications, and data warehousing.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Proven experience in strategic planning and development of e-commerce solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
