Responsibilities

→Provide strategic HR leadership and support to the IT organization.
→Collaborate with the CIO and IT leadership team to develop a comprehensive people strategy.
→Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the IT workforce.
→Develop action plans to address specific IT workforce needs.
→Analyze and present data to support effective decision-making in IT.
→Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and standards.
→Mentor mid-level managers and manage complex projects in a leadership capacity.
→Report to corporate HR executives, CIO, or IT COO as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in HR and IT, including 3 years in a leadership role managing medium to large teams.
Broad knowledge of the IT function and in-depth knowledge of HR practices.
Proven ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders.
Strong general management capabilities and understanding of IT roles.
