Responsibilities

→Participate in the development and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies.
→Collect and execute purchase orders in alignment with corporate policies.
→Solicit, receive, and analyze proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
→Recommend supplier selection based on analysis and compliance criteria.
→Track purchase orders and reconcile invoices for payment processing.
→Act as a point of contact for IT vendor performance regarding delivery, quality, and problem resolution.
→Coordinate with Asset Management to ensure effective inventory management.
→Work on multiple projects, occasionally leading small to large-scale initiatives.
→Coach and mentor junior staff as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or related functions.
Intermediate professional level in managing multiple projects and technical environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and vendor management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in complex project scenarios.
