Responsibilities

→Recommend and establish IT procurement strategies, processes, and procedures.
→Execute systematic processes for timely and cost-effective purchasing of IT products and services.
→Manage the IT procurement function, including purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and invoice coordination.
→Oversee the full cycle of IT purchases, agreements, and contracts from initiation to completion.
→Manage supplier relationships and service level agreements with vendors.
→Act as a liaison between IT and vendors for dispute resolution.
→Evaluate supplier base for cost-saving opportunities.
→Identify and engage new suppliers to support IT requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of business experience, including managing teams in asset management, procurement, or finance.
Experience in middle-level management, working under the direction of senior management.
Ability to manage and mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff.
Proven experience in handling multiple, complex projects as a leader and subject matter expert.
Strong communication skills, frequently collaborating with senior leadership such as CIO, CFO, or Chief Sourcing Officer.
