Responsibilities

→Manage daily operations, planning, and resource allocation for telecommunications functions.
→Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction by evaluating network performance and interfaces.
→Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the telecommunications group.
→Plan and manage the support of new technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
→Define and negotiate service level agreements with vendors and customers.
→Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the operations center.
→Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align telecommunication plans with business objectives.

#Ll-Onsite

→Perform coordination roles with enterprise management, vendors, and customers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including managing teams responsible for infrastructure/network/telecommunications operations in multi-platform environments.
Experience in middle-level management within telecommunications operations.
Ability to manage and mentor supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff.
Proficiency in handling multiple complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
