Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages for compatibility with existing systems.
- →Research and understand the setup and functionality of available software modules, recommending process changes for better utilization.
- →Assist in planning and modifying Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
- →Design UI and workflows according to business needs.
- →Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.
- →Convert logical designs into program code and participate in code reviews.
- →Serve as a resource and provide escalation assistance to entry-level developers.
- →Provide daily support to end-users with system issues and perform debugging tasks.
- →Coordinate communication between departments for seamless application functionality.
- →Develop and conduct system and program testing, ensuring necessary code revisions are made.
- →Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals for program development documentation.
- →Participate in Agile Project Management activities, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
- →Provide on-call support and perform other assigned duties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
- 5+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps toolset.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.
- Experience in an agile environment using tools like Jira.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- 7+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 4 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications.
- Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
- Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems.
- Strong team-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment.
