This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining clean books, following processes, and developing a strong understanding of local accounting operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager.

• →Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation.
• →Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines
• →Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances.
• →Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
• →Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.
• →Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.
• →Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation.
• →Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed.
• →Collaborate with other teams (e.g. operations, finance or supply chain) to ensure proper recording of costs and expenses.
• →Support ad-hoc projects as needed

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• US GAAP knowledge required.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.
• Advanced English Skills
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes.
• Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience managing accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.
