We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to support our Industrials Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant change, enjoys solving operational and financial complexity, and wants meaningful exposure to SaaS metrics, M&A integration, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
This is not a maintenance FP&A role. The environment is dynamic, highly analytical, and execution-focused, with significant visibility across business leadership, finance leadership, and operating teams.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial reporting, ARR analysis, forecasting, operational analytics, and business performance management across the Industrials Division. This individual will partner closely with divisional leadership, accounting, operations, and portfolio company teams to improve visibility into performance and support strategic decision-making.
The role requires someone comfortable operating across multiple business units simultaneously while balancing recurring reporting requirements, ad hoc analysis, acquisition integration support, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division
· Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages
· Analyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage
· Support multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysis
· Build and maintain financial models used for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making
· Partner with divisional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
· Assist with acquisition onboarding and post-acquisition financial integration efforts
· Improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility across acquired businesses
· Support budgeting, strategic planning, and board/investor-related financial analysis
· Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teams
· Help drive process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companies
Requirements
~1 min read· 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
· Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
· Experience working within multi-entity or multi-business unit environments
· Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting
· Experience supporting acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations strongly preferred
· Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
· Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
· Strong Excel and financial systems experience
· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with competing priorities
· Strong communication and executive presentation skills
· Self-starter mentality with a willingness to dive into details while maintaining strategic perspective
