Own and evolve application management frameworks supporting Coreso’s services.

Define and enforce consistent IT Service Management (ITSM) principles across applications.

Ensure application design, operation and support models remain aligned with service and operational needs
- →
Define monitoring standards, performance indicators, and alerting principles for critical applications.
- →
Ensure performance dashboards and reports enable effective operational decision-making.
- →
Act as primary technical counterpart for vendors supporting Coreso applications.
- →
Challenge vendor proposals and deliveries against Coreso’s service and operational requirements.
- →
Ensure alignment between Services Development, OPS, IT, and data teams on application behaviour and priorities.

Represent application management perspectives in project
- →
Define standards for documenting application services, monitoring setups, and vendor interactions.
- →
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer related to application management practices.
- →
Identify opportunities to improve application governance, monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- →
Drive structural improvement initiatives within application management scope.
You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT engineering, applied mathematics or a related technical field.
You bring substantial experience (typically around 8–10 years) working with Application governance, monitoring, performance & reliability;
You bring substantial experience (typically around 8–10 years) working with any IT Service management (ITSM).
You are comfortable working with complex analytical problems and translating them into practical methodologies or solutions.
You communicate clearly and can explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Understanding of power systems, electricity markets or grid operations, knowledge of TSOs, RCCs or other actors in the European energy ecosystem are both an asset.
Fluent English. Any other European language is an asset.
