You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Security & Compliance, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), building strong supplier relationships while driving consistency and governance across our supplier ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related matters across the business.
- Initiate contract negotiations (terms, pricing, SLAs) to secure favourable commercial outcomes.
- Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with ELT for final approvals.
- Define and track supplier performance metrics where relevant.
- Conduct regular service reviews and address underperformance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Work closely with Security & Compliance on supplier assurance activities.
- Manage onboarding processes for new suppliers, including due diligence and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper documentation and integration into internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved commercial value.
- Benchmark suppliers and monitor market trends.
- Partner with Operations, Service Owners, and other stakeholders to align supplier activity with business needs.
- Improve and standardise supplier management processes across Core.
- Promote best practice and scalable ways of working.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in vendor, supplier, or procurement management.
- Experience working within or alongside ISO 27001 / information security frameworks (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of contract negotiation and commercial terms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on risk, compliance, and value.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
We offer:
- Flexible remote working arrangements.
- Access to marketing tools and resources to support the fulfilment of your role.
- Opportunity to help shaping the marketing function in a growing business.
- Supportive, ambitious and entrepreneurial culture where you'll have the freedom to drive ideas, take ownership and make a real impact.
