As part of the go-to-market team, you will play a critical role in driving new business and expanding existing customer relationships by aligning CoreWeave’s solutions to client goals.
About the Role
~1 min readAs an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion. You will manage a pipeline of opportunities, forecast revenue accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quota targets. In this role, you will engage with both technical and business stakeholders to communicate CoreWeave’s value proposition, tailoring solutions to customer needs. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and identify growth opportunities across accounts.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota targets
- Experience managing and forecasting a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts (e.g., cloud infrastructure, ML workloads) to both technical and business audiences
- Working knowledge of storage and compute architectures, including NFS and Object Storage
- Experience selling into technical buying groups and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
- Demonstrated ability to drive account expansion and revenue growth across existing customers
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments, including a mix of startup and large company settings
Nice to Have

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $200,000, with uncapped commissions and On Target Earnings (OTE) of $330,000–$400,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes equity and a comprehensive benefits program.

~1 min readWhile we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
