About the Role

~1 min read

As a Regional Inventory Control Specialist at CoreWeave, you are the boots-on-the-ground anchor for our most ambitious projects. You won’t just be tracking parts; you will be orchestrating the physical foundation of our data centers. During the critical build phase, you will own the inventory lifecycle—from the moment a semi-truck arrives to the moment a trained local team takes the reins.

This is a high-impact, field-based role requiring up to 60% travel across your assigned region (East, West, or Central US).

Responsibilities

  • Build-Phase Leadership: Own all inventory operations during new data center stand-ups, ensuring 100% accuracy in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Material Orchestration: Execute precise receipt of high-value inbound shipments (GPUs, networking gear, infrastructure) into our ERP, instantly flagging and resolving discrepancies.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Act as a Lead Trainer, onboarding and certifying local site teams to maintain your high standards once the build phase concludes.
  • Asset Integrity: Conduct rigorous audits and cycle counts to ensure the digital record matches the physical reality of our clusters.
  • Cross-Functional Sync: Serve as the vital link between Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to ensure no "bottlenecks" delay a build.
  • Internal Controls: Support and champion the Internal GLO Control Program to ensure enterprise-level compliance and reporting.
  • 5+ years in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within a data center or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading time-sensitive projects and managing "chaos" with a process-oriented approach.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and deep familiarity with ERP/Asset Management software (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Natural ability to coach and train others; you don’t just do the work, you teach the "why" behind it.
  • Ability to thrive in a data center environment, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on-site for full shifts.
  • You are comfortable "flexing" your schedule to hit a hard deadline and can pivot when logistics priorities shift.

We work hard, have fun, and move fast! We’re in an exciting stage of hyper-growth that you will not want to miss out on. We’re not afraid of a little chaos, and we’re constantly learning. Our team cares deeply about how we build our product and how we work together, which is represented through our core values:

  • Be Curious at Your Core
  • Act Like an Owner
  • Empower Employees
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences
  • Achieve More Together

We support and encourage an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking. We foster an environment that encourages collaboration and provides the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As we get set for takeoff, the growth opportunities within the organization are constantly expanding. You will be surrounded by some of the best talent in the industry, who will want to learn from you, too. Come join us!

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $102,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
