Communicating directly with KC Sales office, Liberal Shipping departments and Security Guards
→
Organizing paperwork for the billing process
→
Processing government documents
→
Understanding billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork
→
Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments
→
Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information
→
Other duties as assigned

Hours for this position are 6 pm to 6 am - Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Sunday (rotating weekends)

This is an on-site position.

Requirements

Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
Possess efficient data entry skills
Good work history and attendance
Team Player with good communication skills
Good telephone etiquette skills
Possess a professional attitude/conduct
Must be open to night shift hours and weekends
Capable of lifting up to 25lbs
Attention to detail is important

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
