Production Systems Leader

Join our production site in Szarvas, Hungary, a key manufacturing location within our operations network. The site plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products while continuously advancing digitalization, system integration, and operational excellence across production processes. We are looking for a Production Systems Leader to bridge production operations, IT systems, and performance management, ensuring the reliability of plant systems and driving continuous improvement through data and technology. ## Key Responsibilities * Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and development of production hardware and software systems, including SAP/ERP, PioSys, and plant-specific tools * Own and continuously improve the site’s KPI and performance systems (e.g., Power BI, OEE tracking), ensuring high data quality and actionable insights * Drive initiatives to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reduce downtime through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration * Provide user-level training and support to production teams on systems and digital tools * Act as a key interface between production, maintenance, IT (IM), and planning teams to ensure smooth operations and system alignment * Coordinate and support calibration activities for production equipment and measurement systems * Oversee the service and reliability of plant infrastructure, including: * Hardware (e.g., screens, sensors, cameras, PCs, terminals) * Software (e.g., plant network, fleet management, printing systems, remote maintenance tools) * Contribute to and lead operational efficiency and digital improvement projects * Act as a Safety Standard Leader, conducting audits and supporting a strong safety culture ## Requirements * Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in IT, programming, data analytics, or related field) * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, systems, or production-support roles * Experience working with ERP/SAP systems and production environments * Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools (e.g., KPI systems, Power BI, OEE) * Proven ability to support and train end users in a plant environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail * Fluent English, with confident written and spoken communication skills * Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
