Associate, Pricing Operation

The primary objective of this role is to manage the daily operations and productivity of the team, ensuring performance meets defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the operation process. By optimizing operational efficiency, you will play a key role in delivering competitive and reasonable price offers to our customers.

What will you do?: 
  
• Project Management: Plan, execute, coordinate, and track the progress of pricing projects. 產品價格相關專案管理（規劃、執行、統籌、追蹤進度...等）。 
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 1–10 contractors (depending on project scope) and oversee their daily workflows. 依專案性質帶領 1~10 位約聘人員，管理人員工作進度。 
• Pricing Operations: Utilize internal systems for price verification, inquiries, and management tasks. 使用系統進行產品價格核對、查詢及管理作業。 
• Documentation: Maintain, update, and organize various project files and documentation. 維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案。 
• Administrative Support: Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors. 完成主管交辦事項。 
  
Basic Requirements: 
  
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 基本文書作業處理能力 
• Basic English proficiency (capable of handling daily emails and messaging). 基本英文讀寫能力 
• High numerical sensitivity and strong logical reasoning skills. 對數字敏銳
