• →Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.
• →Provide coaching, direction and counsel to people managers and business leaders as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve people issues.
• →Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• →Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• →Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People team, developing solutions as needed.
• →Deep dive into data and visualize, to provide insightful information to related stakeholders and propose some suggestions.
• →Minimizes legal risks of the company by establishing measures to comply with labor laws and company regulations and resolving issues.
• →Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances, liaising directly with all related parties.Conduct regular meetings with respective business units

• At least 4 years of HRBP experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
