GOT(Global Operations Technology)는 쿠팡의 풀필먼트 및 운송 시스템과 관련된 모든 기술을 담당하는 조직으로, 그 중 FC Automation팀에서는 최첨단 풀필먼트 및 운송 자동화, AI 및 로봇 공학 기술을 개발하여 실제 물류 처리에 적용하고 있습니다. FC Automation테크 팀의 일원으로서 여러분은 입고, 재고, 출고를 위한 집품 및 포장 프로세스에 이르기까지 풀필먼트 운영의 다양한 부분을 자동화하기 위해 최첨단 기술과 시스템을 개발하고 통합하는 결과 지향적 리더이자 기여자의 역할을 하게 됩니다.

• 쿠팡 물류 센터를 위한 통합 자동화 및 로봇 시스템의 설계, 개발, 테스트 및 배포 주도/기여
• Agile/Scrum 환경에서 프로젝트 계획과 딜리버리 실행을 위한 개발 조직 내 협업
• 쿠팡의 FC 시스템이 추구하는 확장성, 신뢰성, 가용성 및 성능 목표를 달성하기 위한 엔드투엔드투(E2E) 시스템 및 서브 시스템 제공
• CI/CD 원칙을 소프트웨어 엔지니어링에 적용하고 GOT 조직의 소프트웨어 및 E2E 시스템 개발 기준 제고
• 혁신적인 아이디어의 실천, 지속적인 효율성 개선 및 비용 절감, 스마트한 쿠팡 로켓 배송 서비스를 통한 고객 감동 실현  

• 컴퓨터 과학, 전기 공학, 로봇 공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 및 석사 학위를 취득하고 10년 이상의 경험을 보유하신 분
• 8년 이상 다양한 프로덕트/플랫폼을 출시하며 로봇 및 자동화 개발을 이끈 경험을 보유하신 분
• AI/DL/ML, 인지(perception), 컴퓨터 비전, 플래닝, 통제, 하드웨어 설계, 시뮬레이션, E2E 로봇 공학 등 자율 시스템 및 로봇 분야에 대한 깊은 전문 지식을 보유하신 분
• 전문가 수준의 알고리즘 개발 및 프로그래밍 기술, 강력한 객체 지향 설계, 실시간 시스템 구현이 가능하고, ROS, 머신러닝, 딥러닝, OpenCV 등 하나 이상의 로봇 개발 환경에 능숙하신 분
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 여러 가지 상충되는 우선순위를 처리하고 결과를 도출할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분

• 컴퓨터 과학, 전자 공학, 산업 공학 또는 AI, ML/DL, 로봇 공학과 관련된 분야의 석사 또는 박사 학위를 보유하신 분
• AI와 로봇 기술을 활용해 신뢰성이 높고 자동화된 물류 창고 시스템을 구축, 통합하고 개발할 수 있는 능력이 입증된 분
• Warehouse Management System(WMS), Warehouse Execution System(WES), Warehouse Control System(WCS) 개발 또는 로봇 공학과 AI 기반 자동화 시스템/로봇을 중심으로 관련 이커머스 운영 및 기술 분야에서 개발 경험을 보유하신 분
• 인지, 플래닝 및 통제, 하드웨어 설계, 임베디드 시스템, 시뮬레이션 외 실시간 AI, 로봇 공학, 자동화 시스템과 기술에 대한 깊은 전문 지식을 보유하신 분
• 다양한 청중을 대상으로 복잡한 기술 정보를 명확하고 간결한 방식으로 제시할 수 있는 입증된 능력과 우수한 작문 및 구술 능력을 갖추신 분
• 특히 AI, ML/DL, 로봇 공학, 물류 및 풀필먼트 자동화 분야에서 혁신과 문제 해결 능력이 입증된 분

Global Operations Technology (GOT) is an organization for all technologies related to Coupang Fulfillment and Transportation Systems, and FC Automation is where the most advanced fulfillment and transportation automation, AI and robotics technologies are developed and deployed to real-world fulfillment applications. As a member of the FC Automation Tech team, you’ll be a results-oriented leader and contributor who will develop and integrate state-of-the-art technologies and systems to automate various parts of fulfillment operations, ranging from inbound, inventory, and outbound picking & packing processes.

• →Lead and/or contribute to design, development, test, and deployment of integrated automation and robotics system for our fulfillment centers.
• →Working with other members of the engineering team to execute against project plans and delivery commitments within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• →Deliver end-to-end systems and sub-systems in order to achieve the scalability, reliability, availability, extensibility, and performance objectives of Coupang’s FC systems.
• →Apply CI/CD principle to software engineering and raising the bar of software and end-to-end system development standard at GOT;
• →Bring innovative ideas to practice and continuously improve the efficiency, reduce the cost and wow the customers through smart Coupang Rocket Delivery service.

• Bachelor’s and master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading a robotics and automation development through multiple product/platform releases.
• Deep expertise in one of the autonomous system and robotics areas, such as AI/DL/ML, perception, computer vision, planning, control, hardware design, simulation, and end-to-end robotics.
• Expert-level algorithm development and programming skills, strong object-oriented design, real-time system implementation. Proficient in one or more robotic development environment, such as ROS, machine learning, deep learning, OpenCV, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline associated with AI, ML/DL and robotifcs.
• Demonstrated ability of building, integrating, and delivering highly reliable and automated warehouse systems using AI and robotics technologies.
• Experience developing Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Execution System (WES), Warehouse Control System (WCS) or related field in e-Commerce operation and technology focused on robotics and AI-based automation system and robots.
• Deep expertise in real-time AI, robotics and automation system and technologies, including but not limited to perception, planning and control, hardware design, embedded systems, and simulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Proven record of innovation and problem-solving skills, especially in the areas of AI, ML/DL, robotics, logistics and fulfillment automation.

 Document Return Policy  

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.  
2. A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.  
3. A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email (recruitingops@coupang.com). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. 4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
