As a key member of the Security PMO Business Controlling & Analytics team, this role owns security-related and corporate IT(enterprise) related SW/HW budgeting, contract & license management, and cost forecasting. 
You will go beyond collecting numbers and deeply engage in procurement and contract processes, working closely with multiple stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage security/corporate IT(enterprise) SW/HW budgets 
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting and variance analysis 
  • Manage software and hardware contracts & license utilization 
  • Conduct deep-dive cost analysis and drive optimization initiatives 
  • Actively participate in procurement and contract lifecycle management 
  • Collaborate closely with Business teams, Procurement, and Finance 
  • Provide guide and training to Business teams regarding procurement process and systems (Levelpath, Ariba, iAccounting, etc.)
  • Challenge cost structures and identify improvement opportunities for budget/cost/procurement management process
  • Maintain high data accuracy in Excel-driven manual processes 
  • Manage deliverables using internal tools (Wiki, BTS, etc.) 

 

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Strong numerical analysis and validation mindset 
  • Proven experience in budget/cost/contract management
  • Proficient in procurement and accounting systems such as Ariba, iAccounting, and Levelpath
  • Ability to prioritize and operate effectively in an Agile environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (friendly yet firm)
  • High attention to detail and ownership mentality
  • Strong background in Finance or Accounting
  • Fluent in English & Korean

In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
  4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
