We’re seeking driven, licensed professionals to join our growing team in a full-time, fully remote
role as a New Business - Personal Licensed Insurance Agent at COVU. This is your opportunity to connect with clients across the country and to be a part of an innovative company. If you're a go-getter with a passion for helping businesses protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you.


Our Licensed Personal Insurance Agents are responsible for:


  • Managing and nurturing client accounts;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Understanding insurance products and policies;
  • Effective communication; and
  • Driving sales to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a licensed agent with a focus on personal lines, focused on New Business
  • Active P&C licensure and experience working in multiple states
  • Proven experience in New Business personal insurance sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of personal insurance products and policies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and compliance knowledge
  • Proficient in technology and software for client and policy management
  • AMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to quote new business and manage client policies.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and manage your sales pipeline using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)
