Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Experience: Certified BA with over 7 solid years of experience: Retail experience Supply Chain experience e.g. Demand/Forecasting (advantageous) AI forecasting related systems e.g. Relex (advantageous) Agile/Waterfall experience (advantageous) Worked on multiple projects. Key tasks (not limited to): Discovery Phase: Contribution to Business Case, High Level Design/Architecture/Requirements Plan/Strategise approach to BA work Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders Conduct Impact Assessments Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria) Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis Manage UAT/Testing Training Support/BAU
