CPI Security, a leader in security, smart home, and business automation solutions, is looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team in office, in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will lead marketing analytics strategies that support data-driven marketing, performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, marketing ROI measurement, and omnichannel reporting. You’ll help build a strong test-and-learn culture, create measurement frameworks, improve marketing performance visibility, and provide actionable insights that support smarter decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Salesforce, and Invoca, along with experience in A/B testing, attribution, dashboarding, campaign performance analysis, marketing measurement, and data visualization.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Design and implement measurement frameworks for digital, traditional, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- →Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and automated reporting using Tableau, Salesforce, Invoca, GA4, and other analytics platforms.
- →Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify optimization opportunities, growth drivers, and customer journey insights.
- →Measure marketing ROI, lead generation performance, conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness across channels.
- →Create and maintain attribution models to better understand campaign impact and optimize marketing mix allocation.
- →Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and controlled experiments across marketing channels.
- →Establish testing protocols, statistical significance requirements, and measurement standards for marketing experiments.
- →Turn test results and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and customer experience.
- →Design and document analytics tracking specifications for marketing touchpoints, including web, mobile apps, email, social media, paid media, and offline channels.
- →Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement, test, QA, and debug analytics tracking solutions.
- →Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across marketing analytics platforms.
- →Work closely with Marketing, Sales, agencies, and external partners to translate business questions into actionable insights.
- →Support campaign optimization through ongoing performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- →Maintain and optimize GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google and Bing Search Consoles, Invoca, Salesforce, paid media platforms, and marketing automation tracking.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing measurement tools.
- 2+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing marketing tests and experiments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience creating dashboards, automated reporting, measurement frameworks, and campaign performance analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and paid media platform measurement.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to support analytics implementation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with backend paid media platform API integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Detail-oriented approach to data quality, reporting accuracy, analytics QA, and testing methodologies.
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of customer lifetime value modeling and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, multitouch attribution, or other attribution modeling approaches.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools such as R, Python, or similar.
- Experience working with agencies, external vendors, Sales teams, and cross-functional Marketing partners.
