Warehouse Delivery & Equipment Maintenance Technician
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Part- Time
Schedule: Day shift, 3 days a week

Position Overview
Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Delivery & Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our warehouse, supply delivery, vehicle, and equipment operations.
Under the direction of the Supply Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, preparing and delivering customer supply orders, monitoring inventory, and completing basic equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Essential Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock deliveries of janitorial supplies
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and organized storage areas
- Pull and prepare customer supply orders accurately and efficiently
- Plan efficient delivery routes to customer facilities
- Pick up and deliver supplies and equipment as requested
- Notify the supply-order team of changes or discrepancies involving customer orders
- Photograph and document supply levels at customer locations
- Communicate supply concerns so they can be addressed by Operations
- Install, replace, and repair dispensers at customer facilities
- Coordinate equipment and dispenser installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vacuums, sweepers, and other small equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Scrub warehouse floors weekly
- Perform light facility maintenance
- Wash company vehicles and complete laundry as needed
- Support property maintenance, including snow removal, salting, lawn care, and weed control
- Assist with janitorial and restoration work when needed
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Basic knowledge of janitorial products and supplies
- Basic knowledge of small-equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and hand pallet jack
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist where needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Previous warehouse, delivery, maintenance, or equipment-repair experience is preferred
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees must also be able to work outdoors in varying and inclement weather conditions.
