Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and supervise restoration crew members during fire, water, mold remediation, and general cleanup projects.
- →Prepare an accurate scope of work and estimate for projects
- →Coordinate daily job site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks with quality workmanship.
- →Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively to perform restoration duties.
- →Oversee the use of specialized techniques such as carpet cleaning, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation to meet industry standards.
- →Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to assess damage, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- →Communicate clearly with clients, team members, insurance companies, and project managers to keep everyone informed of progress and any issues that arise.
- →Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety procedures followed throughout each project.
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong background in fire and water damage restoration. 2 years of experience preferred
- IICRC Certifications
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and mold remediation.
- Knowledge of construction practices and the safe operation of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with asbestos abatement procedures is a plus.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing damage and planning repairs.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors.
