Pay & Benefits
- $50,000 – $60,000+ per year

- Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects from start to finish
- Supervise technicians on job sites and ensure quality workmanship
- Inspect damage and develop scopes of work
- Monitor drying progress and document job conditions
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
- Operate restoration equipment and perform hands-on mitigation work
- Maintain detailed job documentation, photos, and moisture readings
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Restoration industry experience preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to problem-solve and manage job site responsibilities independently
- Experience with water mitigation, demolition, drying equipment, and mold remediation
- Construction knowledge is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments
