Responsibilities

→Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt
→Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways
→Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition
→Address and overcome objections from families
→Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals
Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to manage details and strong organization skills
