Client Onboarding Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Client Onboarding/Offboarding to manage the seamless transition of brand clients joining and exiting CREA. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams, efficient account setup and closure, and an optimal client experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Onboarding: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients during the onboarding phase. 

• Develop and manage structured onboarding timelines, ensuring all steps are completed on time. 

• Gather required documents, brand assets, and data from clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. 

• Oversee the creation and configuration of brand accounts across eCommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.). 

• Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Graphics, Operations, Finance, and Technology) to ensure all necessary components are in place. 

• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to account management. 

Client Offboarding: 

• Manage the structured offboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for clients leaving the platform. 

• Work closely with internal teams to deactivate accounts, remove brand assets, and close financial processes in compliance with company policies. 

• Ensure proper documentation of all offboarding activities for auditing and future reference. 

• Provide final reports and necessary handover materials to clients. 

• Identify common pain points during offboarding and provide insights to improve retention strategies. 

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

• Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Graphics teams to ensure brand assets and digital content align with requirements. 

• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to confirm logistics, pricing, and payment structures. 

• Liaise with Technology teams to ensure system integrations, access management, and tech-related setup or deactivation are completed. 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding/offboarding, or account management in an eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environment. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. 

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.). 

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) is preferred. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Thai and English languages
