About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Social) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale traffic acquisition strategies across platforms like Lazada ads, Shopee ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok, and LINE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities across Lazada ads, Shopee ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok, and LINE@ advertising
• Update, align, and discuss with Brand side to create engaging and high-performance campaigns (client facing role)
• Monitor, maintain, and give recommendations to teams to optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI on marketing spending
• Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B test to identify the optimal solutions
• Develop and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans
• Ensure implementation of strategic brand solutions in other departments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding, and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written are a plus. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt quickly to web-based applications and internal systems
