Store Operator - eCommerce (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome!)

CREA’s mission is to power brand through digital commerce to reach the booming, digital savvy, Millennial and Gen Z consumers in Southeast Asia. The e-commerce business model is evolving fast. Today simply knowing how to list, ship and manage digital payments is not enough to differentiate brand online.

At CREA, our objective is to build the most relevant Millennial and Gen Z beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand portfolio in South East Asia, leveraging on a growing multi-billion dollar market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations across eCommerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, vouchers, and stock availability to ensure smooth store performance.
• Create and manage product listings using product information management tools.
• Upload product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, attributes, and category mapping while following platform guidelines.
• Maintain product data accuracy through regular updates of product information, including pricing, SKUs, variations, inventory status, and promotional tags within product information management systems.
• Support onboarding of new brands and products by preparing product data sheets, organizing product assets, and ensuring all required product attributes meet marketplace standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong Excel skill is a must. [Excel formulas and features for data organization and analysis]
• Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee seller center is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with a desire to learn about new exciting tools and technologies.
• Intermediate level of English is required.
