About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who lives at the intersection of creativity and performance. In this role, you’ll own high-performing video creatives for FitFlow, shape the visual direction of campaigns, and work closely with marketers to scale winning concepts.
This is a senior, hands-on role: you don’t just execute, you think, test, and improve based on data.
What you’ll do
• Design and edit high-performing video ads for Meta and other paid channels
• Create both short-form and long-form videos: Meta ads, hooks, UGC-style edits, cutdowns, and YouTube content
• Bring visuals to life with motion graphics and light animation
• Collaborate closely with performance marketers to analyze results and iterate based on real data
• Pitch and test new creative concepts, formats, and angles from a senior strategic perspective
• Stay ahead of creative trends, platform updates, and best practices in DTC and paid social
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining speed and top-quality output
What we’re looking for
• Senior-level experience in video editing and graphic design within a performance marketing or DTC environment
• Strong performance mindset – you care about CTR, hook rate, retention, and conversions
• Deep understanding of what drives Meta ad performance, from strategy to execution
• Experience using data and AI tools to improve and scale creative output
• Strong visual storytelling skills – you know how to grab attention fast and keep it
• Up-to-date with DTC trends, competitors, formats, and creative angles
• Curious, analytical, and proactive in testing and optimizing creatives
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven team
