Food & Beverage Lead

Cimera at The Source Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Lead to support daily front-of-house operations in our modern, full-service restaurant. This role assists in leading the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand and service standards, and supporting operational execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
