Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Strategy team. This remote-based role supports the execution of topline revenue strategies across a portfolio of approximately 40 hotels representing a diverse mix of brands, property types, and geographic markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Strategy, the Revenue Analyst plays a key role in driving performance through tactical execution, data analysis, and system integrity.
This position can be based remotely within the United States.
- Support the daily and weekly implementation of pricing and inventory strategies for assigned hotels, ensuring alignment with company and brand standards.
- Analyze performance trends and competitive data to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
- Assist with the audit of system configurations to ensure alignment with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide analytical support on special projects, including new hotel openings, system transitions, or portfolio changes.
- Prepare and distribute reports and dashboards used in strategy discussions and leadership updates.
- Partner with property and regional teams to communicate strategy changes and ensure timely execution.
- Participate in department meetings and assist in documentation of action items and follow-through.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and system enhancements relevant to Crestline’s hotel portfolio.
- Assist with cross-functional initiatives that enhance Crestline’s revenue management capabilities or reporting tools.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support the department’s goals.
- Travel as needed for property visits, training, industry events, and corporate meetings.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Irregular attendance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
- Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, flexible scheduling may be required to meet business needs. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions and meetings is also required.
- Upon hire, all employees must comply with Crestline Hotels & Resorts policies and procedures for the safe and effective operation of hotel facilities. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of hotel experience, preferably in revenue management, front office, reservations, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with STR, IDeaS, Marriott One Yield, Hilton OnQ, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with sales and operations leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve strategic goals.
