Responsibilities

→Assist in developing and maintaining Government budgets and financial plans.
→Monitor budget execution and expenditures.
→Perform financial analysis and forecasting activities.
→Support invoice reconciliation and procurement tracking.
→Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
→Analyze budget trends and recommend corrective actions.
→Assist with financial documentation supporting Government contracts.
→Monitor contract funding and expenditure status.
→Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
→Support financial audits and compliance reviews.
→Collaborate with program managers and Government stakeholders.
→Assist with continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Requirements

Security Clearance
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required

Education:
- No degree required.
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred
- Experience supporting Government or Department of Defense financial operations preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience:

Budget development and execution
Financial reporting and forecasting
Invoice reconciliation
Government contract financial administration
Financial data analysis
Procurement support
Accounting principles and financial controls
