Responsibilities

→Develop and document current-state and future-state business processes.
→Create decision frameworks and evaluation criteria for application migration to the cloud.
→Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and IT investment recommendations.
→Translate business needs into practical IT strategy recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
→Analyze organizational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Active Secret security clearance

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, business process improvement, management consulting, or technology modernization.
- Experience working with senior clients or stakeholders.
- Experience developing business cases, decision frameworks, or strategic recommendations.
- Experience documenting and improving business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
