Associate Designer

As an Associate Designer, you are excited to contribute to the development of creative concepts that translate visually. • Work with a mentor to design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives 
• Create and update digital assets for websites, product pages, and other online channels.
• Support ongoing website maintenance and content updates.
• Design layouts, banners, graphics, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Build and maintain a team rapport with entire multidisciplinary project team.

• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates solid visual, interactive and graphic design skills. 
• Comfortability brainstorming and contributing to bigger ideas 
• Ability to articulate creative ideas 
• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail 
• Understanding of information architecture and hierarchy 
• Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the web 
• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people 

• Post-secondary education, certification, or experience in a related field preferred 
• Experience using standard design tools, such as Figma, PhotoShop, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience with digital design, including UX
• Motion graphics experience for the Web and video
